Why TP Bharat
Most Indian Transfer Pricing benchmarks follow the same steps: search a database, apply filters, review each company, work out the range. The first part is mechanical, and you should be able to see it before deciding whether to pay for the rest.
So the search on TP Bharat is free. You can see how many companies pass each filter, what they earn and where the range falls. When you need an Arm’s Length Analysis, our team reviews each company, records the reasons for every decision and prepares the workbook and report.
Every number in an Arm’s Length Analysis can be traced back to the company’s accounts, and every rejection has a reason written against it. That is what a Transfer Pricing Officer will ask for, so that is how we build it.

How we work
- Indian rules first. Indian financial years, figures in ₹ crore, the Rule 10CA range and the filters that come up in Indian assessments. The OECD range is there when a regional file needs it.
- Figures as reported. We keep each company’s figures exactly as published and never adjust them to fit. If something looks wrong, we mark it.
- Reasons on record. Filters narrow the list, but people decide comparability, and every decision is written down.
- Your information stays yours. Details of your tested party are used only for your work.
