The text, design, software and compilations on this site belong to Hexa Advisors Limited. You may quote short extracts with credit to TP Bharat and a link to the page. Search results and analysis outputs are for the use of the person who ran or ordered them and their client.
2. Hyperlinking
You may link to any public page of this site without asking us. Please do not present our pages inside frames on another site, and do not imply that we endorse your site. Links from this site to other sites (such as tpatlas.com and hexatp.com) are given for convenience; we are not responsible for the content of sites we do not operate.
3. Content and data
Company data on TP Bharat is compiled from filings with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and public databases about companies. We correct errors when we find them or when they are reported to us. The methodology, FAQ and other explanatory pages are reviewed when the law changes; each shows when it was last updated.
4. Not a government website
TP Bharat is a private service of Hexa Advisors Limited. It is not a website of the Government of India or of any State Government, and it is not affiliated with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, the Central Board of Direct Taxes or the Income Tax Department. References to Indian law are for explanation only.
5. Privacy and security
How we handle personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy. The site sends security headers on every page, uses no third-party scripts or trackers, and stores passwords as salted hashes.
6. Archiving
Pages that no longer apply are removed or redirected to their replacement. Earlier versions of the policies are kept on record and can be asked for by email.
