This policy explains how Hexa Advisors Limited (“we”, “us”), which operates TP Bharat at tpbharat.com, collects, uses and protects personal data. By using the website or our services you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

Details you give us: name, email address, mobile number, firm or company name, and anything you write in a message or request.
Mobile verification: when you ask for a one-time code, we record your mobile number, the time, and a scrambled (hashed) copy of the code, and send the code by SMS through our SMS provider.
Billing details: GSTIN, billing name, address and state, used to issue GST documents and kept as GST law requires.
Search settings: the industries, years and filters you choose in the search. They are processed to show you the result and are kept only if you send them with a request. We count the number of searches run each hour; the count is not linked to you or to what you searched.
Engagement information: details about the tested party and its transactions that you share so that we can prepare an Arm’s Length Analysis.
Payment information: payments are processed by our payment gateway partner. We receive confirmation of the payment and its reference, but we do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank login details.
Account information (for subscribers): email address, name, an encrypted password and records of sign-in sessions.
Technical information: the IP address and basic details of each request, used to keep the service secure and to prevent misuse.

2. Cookies

The public website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. A session cookie is set only when a subscriber logs in, and it is removed when they log out or the session expires.

5. Company data on the website

The company financial data shown on TP Bharat is sourced from filings with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and public databases about companies. It relates to companies, not to individual users.

6. Retention

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, engagement records and invoices for as long as tax and professional rules require, and then delete or anonymise them.

7. Security

Passwords are stored as salted hashes, sessions expire after a period of inactivity, and the website is served without third-party scripts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

8. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, withdraw your consent, and nominate another person to exercise your rights. 9. Grievances

10. Changes
